Poirier Cove Beach House is the perfect small family cottage. This beach house is on a massive 1 1/2 acre property with over 500 feet of beach, and has two bedrooms. There is plenty of space for the kids to run around and explore. There is a huge deck over the carport which has a BBQ and new outdoor furniture.
This delightful home is located just 7 kilometers to the west of Sooke, and is a short walk to the Rock Beach Grill and grocery store.
Whales have been spot from the home as well as eagles, seals, and otters.
