Far away from the hustle and bustle, yet only 1 hour from downtown Victoria, Malahat Farm Heritage Retreat is tucked into a serene corner of Vancouver Island’s coastal forest. Enjoy the tranquil farm setting, stay in the delightful 3 bedroom cottage. A very safe place for children’s adventures and a great farm experience.
Perfectly situated, Malahat Farm offers easy access to the South Island’s world famous hiking and mountain biking trails, kayaking, surfing, whale watching, fishing and beach combing. Muir Creek beach on the Strait of Juan de Fuca is a few minutes walk from the farm. French Beach, China Beach and the Juan de Fuca Marine Trail are close by. Art galleries, good restaurants, banks, shops and other amenities are a 15-minute drive away in the small town of Sooke.
Malahat Farm at Muir Creek is an ideal spot for book club and discussion group meetings, family celebrations, retreats and workshops.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and is en-suite, the two other bedrooms are doubles. The main bathroom has a claw foot tub and a full shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Fridge, stove, washer, dryer, dishwasher, Microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker.
This home has wireless internet, HD satellite TV with DVD, and a wood stove in the living room.
Outside there is a BBQ and picnic tables
