Island View Retreat vacation home is situated on a waterfront, high banked property with a private beach and ocean / island views to behold.
Located close to East Sooke Regional Park which is ideal for hiking and exploring tide pools.
A 25 minute drive easily gets you to the Sooke town village for all amenities.
The Island View Retreat is ideal for families, mariners or the true outdoor enthusiast. A BRAND NEW 60 ft dock has been added to this property !
You can take a walk down the beautiful cedar staircase to the private beach & new dock. You may consider mooring your boat whilst your reside at the home or if you are interested, we can arrange for a charter service to pick you up directly from the dock and you won‘t even need your car to go on a real west coast adventure !
