The Guest house is 3,000 sq ft and sleeps 14 persons max.

The upper level of this luxury home is combined with a full commercial style kitchen with six burner gas cook top, convection oven and microwave, fridge/freezer with water, dishwasher, and handsink.  This home consists of a very large living room with vaulted 30ft ceilings. There are patio doors that lead you out to the upper ocean view deck. Natural wood is used through out the house allwowing for a warm west coast feel.

The living rooms leather furniture and ocean views allows the guests who stay here to enjoy a relaxing, comforting holiday.  Large open spaces through out the upper floor of this newly built home alllow for weddings, reunions and retreats. 

 The Master bedroom has a en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub. A second bedroom is also on the upper level with a separate bathroom featuring a rain head shower. 

The large yard boasts mature gardens and a hillside hot tub for 8 that overlooks the Strait of Juan de Fuca and the Olympic Mountains. 

The lower level of this home consists of 1 main bedroom with a triple bunk, with the great room offering a second a triple bunk - as well as a double pull out leather sofa.  This is ideal for families of all ages and sizes. 

There is 1 bathroom and a full kitchen - ideal for large party functions.

Laundry facilities are on both levels of the home.
