This custom built waterfront 2 acre property is located within a 5 minute walk to downtown Sooke with panoramic views of the Sooke Harbour, Stait of Juan de Fuca and the Olympic Mountains.
The immediate grounds around the guest house for you to enjoy consist of gardens, lawn area with amazing views.
Facility includes: an extensive dock with moorage facility, ideal for boat owners !!
On site Fishing Charters (fishing licenses available) plus many other services offered such as harbor kayaks, crab pots for your own catch of the day, in-house catering, massage therapy, esthetics, child care and maid service.
The Guest House
The Guest house is 4,000 sq ft and sleeps 10 persons max.
4 Bedroom, 3 bathroom home, with 3 Queen beds, 2 Triple bunk beds and 1 Double sofabed.
Many skylights and natural light pours into this home allowing for a bright and airy feeling, an ideal fresh coastal holiday home. The use of local wood throughout the house, floors, doors and ceilings make this custom home warm and cozy with a west coast feel. Approved with Tourism BC and Canada Select, this home is nothing shy of being spectacular.
The upper level of this luxury home is combined with a full commercial style kitchen with six burner gas cook top, convection oven and microwave, fridge/freezer with water, dishwasher, and handsink. This home consists of a very large living room with vaulted 30ft ceilings. There are patio doors that lead you out to the upper ocean view deck.
The living room’s leather furniture and ocean views allows the guests who stay here to enjoy a relaxing, comforting holiday. Large open spaces throughout the upper floor of this newly built home alllow for weddings, reunions and retreats.
The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub. A second bedroom is also on the upper level with a separate bathroom featuring a rain head shower.
The large yard boasts mature gardens and a hillside hot tub for 8 that overlooks the Strait of Juan de Fuca and the Olympic Mountains.
The lower level of this home consists of 1 main bedroom with a triple bunk, with the great room offering a second triple bunk – as well as a double pull-out leather sofabed. This is ideal for families of all ages and sizes. There is 1 bathroom and a full kitchen – ideal for large party functions.
Laundry facilities are on both levels of the home.
