$500 CAN, $320 US security deposit is required for all properties.

stays longer than one week in vacation homes a flat fee
of $125 per week will be required for weekly cleanings.

applicable taxes

GST & 8% PST (Accommodation Tax) on Vacation Homes &
Cottages.

GST & 8% PST - GST is refundable to Non-Canadian Visitors
upon application by mail.

we allow children on our properties, this does not mean
the properties are without risk to children (ie: Rough waves
and high bank waterfront properties, etc.)
